Day 8: whole 30 challenge

Today was good.  Nothing new to report.
Breakfast: egg salad and grapes
Lunch: pumpkin soup, avocado, and clementine
Snack: mixed nuts and prunes
Dinner: turkey meatballs over zuchinni noodles
